Despite the chaos in my head when I’d driven home the night before, I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. I’d woken up the next morning with a slightly sore throat, and a hard dick as my mind replayed why my throat was sore. That was new.

"Good Morning, Liam." Gavin's deep voice held a hint of sleepiness in it. There was a rustle of cloth, and I pictured him turning on his side to face me as if we were in the same bed.

"Good Morning, Sir." I closed my eyes and just listened.

"Please, call me Gavin while we're not in a scene or until we negotiate otherwise."

"Yes, S— Gavin." His name felt weird to say. My mind wanted to keep with the title. That felt right. "I'm sorry if I woke you. I know it's early."

"Thank you, and it's okay. There's nothing to apologize for. I told you to call me as soon as you woke up. Are you still in bed?"

"Yes." I wanted to say Sir again but stopped myself.

“I wanted to talk to you last night about the evening, but I think you needed more time to let it sink in and see how you felt.”

“You’re right. I did. I thought about it on the drive.”

“Have you ever done anything like that before?”

“I’ve served in other capacities that are similar, but not exactly in that way, and it didn’t affect me the way you did.”

“And how did it affect you?” The smirk in Gavin’s voice was clear.

I chuckled breathily. “Well, besides the obvious, it was calming. My mind is usually hectic and chaotic, but even though you weren’t having me do anything but sit behind you, I was calmed. It was peaceful.”

“I take it you enjoyed it?”

“Yes, I did, Sir.”

“Thank you, Liam, for your service last night. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I feel honored that you trusted me.

"Have you ever been topped by a man before or only women?"

"Yes, a few times. It was many years ago. One was an asshole who just wanted to cause pain.
